Stop The Noise

Life is a complicated, confusing, jumbled mess, where each of us are shaped by our own experiences. Because of this, I am constantly reminded of how essential it is to remain open to hearing what others have to say. This body of work wishes to offer a visual rest-stop from the daily barrage of NOISE, addressing issues important to me. Humorous landscapes, both familiar and unexpected, invite the viewer to explore a layered universe of oddly incongruous inhabitants. A world both light-hearted and serious, a place where everyone might feel they can belong. And through the medium of textile one is offered an even softer, more cordial portal to visit.
